Logically to assume, I just finally heard 59911 callled "Control 3" by AMR units, making the San Joaquin AMR talkgroups the following:

59911 - AMR Lifecom - Control 3
59912 - AMR Lifecom - Control 2
59913 - AMR Lifecom - Control 1

Updates...

Hearing 463.3875 and 464.0875 broadcasting traffic. Units asking for Control 3 and Control 2 which is what you ID's as San Joaquin Co AMR. 463.3875 isn't in the database linked to any of the passport systems you id'd. Maybe new frequency? Transmitter site appears to be Mt. Vaca based on coordinates.

So to sum it all up....463.3875, 464.0875 and 463.6625 all broadcasting the same thing. First two are much much stronger than 463.6625.
