Analog patches on OSRP missing transmissions?

Whenever I listen to patch channels on OSRP such as Lebanon Police and Marion County Sheriff's Office the system misses the beginning of a lot of transmissions. If units are talking back to back it's usually able to pick it up alright but if they just transmit with no context it usually doesn't pick up their callsign or whatever they say at the beginning. I put two scanners side by side, one with Lebanon PD and Marion County SO on their conventional analog frequencies and then I had the other scanner just one those channels on OSRP and the OSRP version definitely misses a lot.

Is there anything I can do on my end to try and alleviate this or is it just a thing with the entire system? Do other P25 systems have this problem?

I don't think there anything you can do to fix the issue. My only question, is did you take the scanner off scan and listen to the Talk group when you hear traffic on conventional channel? When i used to listen to clackamas county Fire-4 TG i would hear at times miss traffic, but when of course when i was listening to conventional repeater i heard everything. It's the likely a delay setting on the trunking system side that needs to be changed so, traffic on the TG isn't missed.

Yes I did that with both channels and it still had the issue. I wonder if they'd ever fix that.
