Box Alarm 38-24: Krause and Farris, 196 Duke of Gloucester St (First Alarm dispatch)
E381, QNT46, E351, E402, RE47, TK39, TK36, RS02, BC35, BC03, MU36
Multiple calls, advising it was a house, then it was a lawyer's office, flames reported from the back of the building, 3rd floor, heavy smoke in the area
BC35 arrived with heavy fire, 2 units on fire, residential and commercial, 3-sty brick with fire through the roof.
2nd Alarm issued at 4:22:46 am (2nd Alarm dispatch).

TK39 evacuated C/D exposures.
Defensive operations for 196 Duke of Gloucester St; B exposure interior attack on Division 3.
TK36 unable aerial due electrical wires
Side C smoke showing; Side D fire showing; no extension to D1 exposure.

E402 D exposure; QNT46 water on the roof.
RS02 RIT on Side A.
D1 exposure: primaries clear with all 8 occupants accounted for. Flames beginning to extend to D1.
Exposure D all clear all floors per TK39.
TK36 advises A/B corner floor burnt out.
Exposure B primary and secondary clear.
Command advises to stay off Div. 3.
A/B room lit off again, though all physical fire knocked at this point.
Fire was on all 3 floors, both exposures evacuated, searched, and cleared.
Priority Safety Message: stay clear of Side B (for electrical issues).
Notify BGE.
1 hour timer.
Priority Safety Message: Side A, Division 2 has significant holes in it.

BGE advised the only thing they can do is turn off power to the whole block which they will not be doing.
