Not a problem! You're most likely going to nee something to mount that Pelican case to... Along the lines of this - New Extendable Mounted Black Aluminium Bicycle Bike Seat Post Rear Cargo Rack | eBay . Lot of variety with those, any should work. They clamp right on to the seat.
