Shooting just occurred on Mattox Rd! Foothill being shut down, all streets on lock down! Male is barricaded in house with female and kids. Male suspect multiple shots fired at Sheriff Officers. K-9 plus Helicopter en route. CODE 3! Search Team, Strike Team, CHP en route CODE 3! Any helicopter available respond IMMEDIATELY! No deputy's injured at this time. MANY OUTSIDE AGENCY RESPOND CODE 3! Requesting robot for assistance search!

Now reports of the suspect fired shots at officer, officer shot back, with confirmed hit suspect at least once. Sargent Command put out assault with deadly weapon (245) and attempt homicide (187) on officers, broadcasting to agencies for Officer Safety, hiding on Angus way on Hayward. Subject is hiding by a small house on an empty lot. My live feed has this broadcasting.

Uhh 187 is murder, 245(a)(1) is Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

A-firm on that. The Sargent at the command post confirmed the suspect fired shots at officer's (the (245)"A" "1",) and an attempt 187 on Sheriff Deputies. Thank you, I have updated my first post to better clarify the information. =D

This was a wild night. Just for the record, This event started at 7pm with a 187 in San Lorenzo (Garden and A st).
At 11:38, The suspect and a ALCO Sheriff Deputy traded a couple shots. CROOK GOT HIT TWICE, and proceeded to JUMP OUT A THIRD STORY APARTMENT WINDOW, then made a run for it!

Lol, I see you are a bit overly excited with your "CAPS' spelling... I believe I heard that once ACSO sheriff's detained him, he had no GSW. I will go over my replay my record and double check and get back to you on that.
