Another update on Gwinnett P-25

Now have 67 unid'd TGID's for the new system. Overheard on the analog, they are outfitting the FD with their new radios. Soon, it will be quiet on the scanner front for Gwinnett. Ain't encryption a good thing(

This is discouraging. I was just about ready to pull the trigger on my long-anticipated scanner purchase.

What you are listening to, is the analog system that will be replaced by the P-25 digital, encrypted system at some point before the end of the month. So, unless Gordon finds a way to stream the new system---we're SOL.
I listen to Forsyth County P-25, milair, railroads, DNR, Foresty Commission, Corps of Eng., Fulton Co., De Kalb Co, Mall of GA security. Been for a long time. All I know, is that when they do switch, two banks in my digital scanner will be scanning something else. One bank in my analog scanner will have more milair.
