Has anyone been having issues with the Antenna Farm recently? A few weeks ago I placed an online order and there was a very minor issue with shipping (their website calculated it wrong or something ).

They haven't responded to my emails in almost a week; today I've been on hold with their customer service almost 2 hours and no one has even answered the phone yet.

Until recently I've never had this type of issue, they've always been very responsive with good shipping times. Has anyone else had similar issues with them lately?

I've had positive experiences with them up until my last order.

Back in January I ordered a few antennas. They were quick to reply and let me know they were back ordered a few weeks.

I waited a month, didn't hear anything, so I checked in. They said they were on the way to their warehouse and would get shipped out maybe the following week.

I waited another month and asked again and requested cancellation if they were not going to be shipped soon.
Got a terse reply that they were being shipped. No explanation, no mention of the long delay.

Kind of disappointing. I don't mind a bit of a wait for the better price, but 2 months was excessive, especially with the lack of communications. Not sure I'd order from them again if I needed it quickly. Ultimately I got what I paid for, but….

I know they buy some of their products from other vendors and may not fully have control over stock and shipping, which is fine, but I was kind of disappointed with my last order. Usually they've been good, however.

I'll PM you the contact info I have for them. Not sure if it's anything different than what you have….

I heard that they went through major changes in ownership/management and retention of sales associates. This is what someone who knew them better than I did. I have ordered from them in the past few years, but nothing recently. I had always depended on them for my EM-WAVE antennas which the shop I worked for changed out when Laird plastic loading coils all cracked. I couldn't be happier with EM-WAVE. They really do the job for me that Laird used to do.

That's what I was ordering from them. Hard to find EM Wave dealers.

I had ordered an antenna for my HP2. It was shipped in a small, paper envelope, and it arrived crushed and unusable. Getting them to replace it was futile. I’ll never buy from them again.

This thread inspired me to look at the company's website, for the first time in awhile. I noticed that they closed the Montana facility, which made me wonder if there is a correlation.

Back in '16, I ordered an antenna and mount from them. They shipped the wrong things. I followed their procedures and returned them. Tried to get the right stuff but they ghosted me.

I have had issues with them this year. I ordered a couple of Lairds from the only to find out they are back ordered FOR MONTHS!! took awhile to get my refund lots of back and forth e-mails.

I have bought a lot from them over the years but lately its been a nightmare.
I gave up!!

Hopefully they get things sorted out. They were a nice resource for small orders and would often ship things quickly.

I've got accounts with various large companies, however I just don't do enough to get the really good pricing. Antenna Farm seemed to use the same vendors I did, based on the tags, yet did more volume and sometimes would have lower prices than I could get from the same place.

I was looking at there web site the other day and noticed they shut down to update there inventory and didn't know when they would continue..Was going to order a magnet mount for my mobile scanner set up. So I went to eBay and found what I was looking for and they had the same thing but with Free shipping.

Sounds like Antenna Farm is going under.

Update to original post: So Antenna Farm re-funded my money; after I re-ordered everything, the shipment did come very quickly. I plan to order several more custom cables from them soon, hopefully my recent negative experience was just a one-time glitch.
