Search for a public safety, emergency vehicle lighting installer. The only one i know easternpennsylvania is 911 rapid response.but im sure there are others.

I'm not in Philadelphia, but there's a few generic ideas that you could start with:

Look for a 2 way radio shop local to you. They can do a proper antenna installation. It'll probably be very expensive, but they'll do it correctly, proper grounding to electric code, high quality coaxial cable and connectors, lightning protector, etc.

Contact a TV shop, they'll have experience installing TV antennas as well as satellite TV dishes. They'll be able to mount your antenna and run OK'ish coaxial cable, grounding, etc. Would be less expensive than the two way radio shop. But the coax won't be as good, which can be a problem if the run is really long.

You might be able to bribe the local ham radio club with a few dozen doughnuts and a gallon of coffee. Or a 12 pack. Quality will vary, but it'll be your cheapest option.

I had a discone put up back in 2019 by a guy who did satellite dish installs. Definitely a methhead, but he did a decent job for a good price. Can't get a hold of him to save my life. Not surprising with those types. I've searched around, but I'm not finding anyone willing to do a ham antenna for some reason. Guess I'll keep scouring.

Good luck finding a shop that will do it. Too much liability. Especially if it’s a middle of the row and definitely not if it’s a rental or a historical district.

It was hard enough installing cable and sat lines in row homes , let alone an antenna of sorts. Most installers more than likely don’t have 3a vest either.


Check out antenna man. He does TV antennas but don’t know if he would do whatever you are looking for.
