Antenna Suggestions for VHF, UHF & 800 Motorola Mount

I have a ground plane kit that has had a Nil-Jon antenna on it recently. It is connected toa Uniden BC796D. I am looking for a Motorola mount mobile antenna that will work well for receiving VHF, UHF, and 800. If it is capable of transmitting on VHF and UHF, all the better. I already have a discone connected to a different radio, but I even may end up getting another one of those.
