That's the registration being read over the radio, and HB is the registration prefix of Switzerland as you guessed. HB-JJG appears to be a 767-300 recently acquired by Privatair, so I don't know why he would be going by that instead of his Privatair call sign.

The lack of tracking outside the US is not due to US sites not willing to track them, but due to foreign governments unwilling to release their flight tracking information to the public.
