Any ideas on King Co/Seattle P25 system????

I have read that this is in the works and is coming down the pike. Any ideas from people in the "know" on how long before this is implemented??? Thanks.

I read the post in that other thread too! What I want to know is, how does someone about 1500 miles away know that?

There have been initial discussions to migrate King County to P25. Some of the neighboring counties have also voiced an interest.
