I was wondering if there is a better way to use the bottom line on the display.
Not sure if I missed something in the manual or not.
While scanning it displays the Trunking system, but when it stops on a talkgroup it displays other data. (LCN for EDACS) (Channel number for Motorola) etc...
It would be nice to have the Trunking system on the bottom and the talkgroup on the next line up instead of the alternating display...
Did I miss something or is this the way it is... ?
Thanks,

My Motorola systems display TSYS above soft key F2 during transmissions. This allows one to press the soft key which then changes bottom line to Analyz above soft key F3, if pressed, will provide the decode rate.

Edit: Scanning an EDACS system gets the same operation but Analyz only brings up channel 1 but navigating down to the CC will produce decode rate and other info also.

Yes,
In the PSREdit software there was a checkbox to display this data instead of the TSYS data.
I'd rather be able use the display for for seperate TGRP and TSYS lines.
I'm not a big fan of the alternating display stuff.....
