Anyone know these radio codes?

Some of the LE agencies in Washington county, use the code of 54-10 or 54-11 as the final disposition of traffic stops. I'm guessing that this indicates where a citation has been issued, or it has just been a "yell stop." I'm wondering which is which, and also where these two codes come from. Can't seem to find anything on them.

Thanks for the response. The only time I've heard them is when they are clearing traffic stops.

They’re actually cutting the code short.

The full code is 5499-10 which is a commercial vehicle inspection and 5499-11 which is fleeing.

Agencies like SLCPD and UPD clear every call with these codes, but it’s often done over the MDT

There are hundreds of them.
