Last time I was up in Atlanta I was picking up the CC for the Atlanta Department of Aviation. The system seemed like it was dead. I monitored it for an hour and picked up nothing. Is this system even used?

Every time I've been to ATL I've scanned it in ID search more and never heard anything either. Solid CC, but waste of frequencies!
