Maybe they saw my suggestion about using a SpectrumForce 4-scanner Desk-Top mount loaded with 4 Uniden BCT15X's! Much more versatile, not limited to aircraft only. Better display option and remove computer control options!

It should be noted that the original post is compiled from a copy of what was messaged by AOR to their distributors, as far as AOR are concerned they hope the rest of us will forget about the 7400 and it will never be mentioned again..

well, that was a non-starter radio in so many ways ..... price point was probably what? $500? 4 $20 RTL-SDR sticks would run circles around that radio.... so yes, someone at AOR has a brain and killed it.
