APD / AFD EDACS help needed

I have a Uniden BCD396XT with ARC-XT Basic Software. I am having ABQ / Bernilillo Cnty EDACS file issues. I am sure it is operator error. I have an upgraded subscription and have down loading ABQ/Bern EDACS files from radio reference. I am on occassion getting AFD Alarm (1041) and BCFD Dispatch (1055), This seems very infrequent and I get no APD. I understand EDACS and that I'm not going to get Provoice. Can anyone assist with files or can you advise if the radio reference files are current? I notice that the radio reference files for EDACS seem to be in the 851 - 853 Mhz area. My understanding is that ABQ EDACS went to 853 - 867 Mhz? I am getting that from reading the Monitoring Albuquerque and Surrounding Areas abqscan.com page. I'm a little lost on this and would appreicate any help or advise. Thanks!

First, make sure you have the frequencies programmed for Site 003 (3).

Albuquerque / Bernalillo County Trunking System, Albuquerque, New Mexico - Scanner Frequencies

If they are programmed correctly, you will hear AFD Dispatch and BCFD Dispatch. You will also hear airport maintenance and Albuquerque Animal Control. Other than that, pretty much everything else is Provoice.

EDIT: on a side note, if you program Site 002 (2), you will probably hear some traffic from the MDC, as well.
