APX 6000 XE Information Buyers Would Request

Hi,

I will soon be posting approximately 60 used Motorola APX 6000 XE for sale on GovDeals (Due to procurement policies).

Most of the models are H98UCF9PW6AN.

I am a newbie with radios, so I hope some experts on this forum are willing to help.

I want to make the buying experience as easy as possible.

What type of technical information would be important to the buyer?

How do I access that information?

I know how to get into the service menu, but I don't know what the information displayed is telling me.

Buyers will want to know:

-Flashport code. List all unique codes and how many radios contain each unique code. If all radios have the same FlashPort code, say so.
-Firmware version, list number of radios at each firmware version.
-Hardware Encryption and Multikey, if they have Hardware Encryption
-Algorithms the radios contain. If they contain different ones, list the number of radios per unique algorithm combination
-Bluetooth enabled yes or no, and number of radios that do.
-ASK if radios are locked to an ASK, say so. If you can, remove the ASK lock.

Keep in mind, AN 6000s are end of life radios. This means no repair at the MSI depot, and no future enhancements via software (like Smart Connect). While one may think they have a "gold mine", they are off support devices that should be priced accordingly. Everything else given is correct: flashcode, firmware, and if a codeplug password was used. If the radios have a codeplug password, MSI will ONLY provide the "password of the day" file to the original radio owner/agency.

Hi, yes you are correct. The information that I have received is that support ended December 31, 2021 for the AN model. Most of the radios that I have are AN model, a few BN's. I will just be putting them out for market value.
