Arc 433

I try to detect my Pro-528 with this program and it gives me errors.
Anyone have ideas on how to fix this please help.

Are you using the correct COM port in the ARC?

Yeah. Check the COM prt, and make sure you've got the cable plugged into the scanner and computer good as well.

I have everything fixed now. I accidental posted the same thread in another place. Maybe one of the mods could remove this one. Not sure on how to contact one to remove this. Sorry about the double.

It would actually just need to be closed.. To report a thread to be closed or removed, just report it yourself. Click the little triangle with the "!" in it, in the upper right corner, next to the post number.

Actually the two threads don't really ask the same question and the other thread provided some important data; however since you have gotten your answer, I will be glad to close this one.

To report a thread to be closed or removed, just report it yourself. Click the little triangle with the "!" in it, in the upper right corner, next to the post number.

Just remember, you cannot "report" your own posts.
