ARC Software

When using the ARC XT and ARC 500 software, when I try to access the software or open a system I get the following message: " Component sonic click mega.ocx or one of it's dependencies is not correctly registered. A file is missing or invalid " I just used these systems a week ago and they worked fine. Further, my ARC 996 and ARC 15 still work perfectly. ??????? Will I have to reload (and God forbid rebuy) the software? Has anyone else had this problem. Thanks in advance for the reply.

Uninstall and then re-install the software, that will reregister this component,

I have several ARC software packages (396, XT-PRO, BCT-15, 500,300). I just opened the XT-PRO, brought up RR.com, and was looking for a way to access the new Nationwide data bases without success. I expected a new "Choose the State" entry that was Nationwide or National or similar, but alas there was nothing. How do you access this new database. I have V 1.7-Build 2.
