ARCXT: ARC XT Pro & RR Webservice Not Connecting

I am currently getting an error from ARC XT Pro software telling me that when I try to download the radio frequencies, it says: INIT not OK, Can't Read User Data.

My account is valid and my payment was made through 2026. I was just using this last week. I am trying to program a new scanner. Please help.

Just used ARC XT Pro to download from RR here and no problems... are you using the latest version of ARC XT Pro?

This normally indicates that a firewall/AV software is blocking ARC XT to access the internet, add ARC XT PRO to the 'safelist' in your firewall/AV software
