ARC125 software??

I have had a BC125AT since Dec. of 2015 and have never had any luck programming using Butel software. I can manually using the keypad but no luck with my laptop. I have installed ARC and clicked on the device manager to other devices, then a popup-Windows was unable to install BC125AT-Windows could not find driver software for your device. I am lost, I don't have a download disc etc, used to have one. I am not very good on the computer although I use sentinel and freescan without any problem. Thanks

Sorry for the late reply I missed this one.

You have two options to try.

1) Locate from the Uniden website there Uniden Universal Driver or you can find it here: Index of /scan125/download

Their older driver that I believe ARC125 shipped with is not compatible with Windows 10

2) Use Scan125 instead. It is free and packed with scanner controlling functions in addition to just simple frequency loading/management.

You need to install the scanner drivers first else the software can't talk with the scanner. Instructions are at ARC Clone error
Also make sure software is up to date, latest is 1.4 build 1.
