ARC396 Pro Problem

I'm thinking this is because of the new site...anyone else having problems doing a web import of trunked systems only? I get the state, then the county, but no systems. The bottom of the box reads RadioRefdisconnected wait retrieving HTTP.
Conventional systems are fine. This just started Saturday. Any ideas?

My ARC396 Basic does not import trunked systems either, it stops on "awaiting county selection"

It appears to be a problem with the RR db, likely not the sw since I just started having the similar problem with ARC996 and ARC396 PRO versions.

What happens to me is once I select the city/county for import there arent even any systems listed or to choose from in the drop down box.

Perhaps this has something to do with the RR upgrade last night?

it's possible. Let me take a look.

Are you guys using the /apps/xml1.1 proper link?

Can someone walk me through exactly what you are doing when this is happening? Exact state and county choices...

folks, I just downloaded ARC396Pro and was able to access the Web service just fine for trunked systems, in Bexar County, Texas... are you guys still seeing a problem?

I just tried Connecticut State Police, and the system drop down box is empty. At the bottom of that screen, in blue, it says RadioRefdisconnectedwait retrieving HTTP data

I checked the URL as well...it reads apps/xml/?ctid=3319

This is for Conn SP

I have the same issue. ARC says I am running the latest release and it appears to be the same one I downloaded from thier site last week.

However, its not the version blantonl said was the latest. So, when RR makes website changes, Butel has to release a new software version and our old version won't work anymore?
Ouch!

Did anyone else confirm loading the newer Butel release works and how do I get the latest release?

The file names of the versions I am downloading from thier site...

...seem to be the same ones I have saved on my computer and installed recently.

Are these actually updated versions, but with same file names on Butel site?

And do I really need them or is there another problem going on here?

Are the names of your zip files the same - its confusing?
