ARC500??

I needed to download arc500 on my new windows 10 computer which i was able to do. But problem is trying to connect to radio reference. I keep getting screen stating invalid user name or password. but i using the proper RR login info. wondering if anyone can help me with this problem? Iwould be grateful for any help.

Double check the username and password that you entered. Username is your RR name not your full name.
