Hello,

As noted in the title, ARC536 Basic won't read my SDS100. It did read it Friday, when I programmed it for Chicago. I tried doing a big program today, and it won't read it at all, in anyway. The Sentinel software will. It did prompt me to update this morning to V2.4 Build 1, so maybe others are having issues?

Thanks!

I read a post earlier about an issue were ARC536 does not like drive letters below letter E.
Use Disk Management and try changing the drive letter that's assigned to your SDS100 when you place it into Mass Storage Mode to a higher letter like F or something and then see if ARC536 will see it.
Disk Management is under Computer Management.

Haha, well, it's always read it as the D: drive before. It even has an option to "Include D: drive" in the search. But changing it to the E: fixed it. Thanks! I wasn't sure where to change the letter and was pretty sure it wouldn't work, so I didn't look further. Guess their update broke it again.
