Just loaded Butel 996 software on new laptop. It does not find the USB driver. Where can I get the driver?? XP Pro/ Any help or ideas appreciated Thanks

I agree with the Doctors diagnoses, download and run the drivers.

Also you may need to change comports a bit (although ARC is good at finding the correct COM port on its AUTODETECT scanner)

Thanks for the reply. Beginning to think I may have a bad cable.I had already loaded that driver. I unistalled it and reloaded and no luck.
