ArcXt Pro logging

Can anyone tell me why logging wih ARCXT PRO duplicated everything it logs. Same hour, minute and second. it is very frustrating and the count counts every hit twice Ex, 12, 34. 56 for just 3 hits. Any help would be greatly apprecieated. i am using this on a 996XT dcanner.

Subtones for example are logged on seperate lines. Post a log file.
