Although it's marketed for AOR scanner, I think I read somewhere that it can be wired to other scanners as long as it has a 10.7 Mhz IF. Some models now use a 10.75 or 10.8 mhz IF so it would appear to disqualify them, at least if my memory is correct.
However, it does NOT enable P25 trunking - just decoding on a single channel.
