tg 432 - related to fire fighting; calls their dispatch "Cambridge"; they seem to often use other radios
TG 3496. Referred to as ops 1? check ins from various agencies around that state
These Talkgroups often show up in use by Minneapolis PD - the are in the old MPD fleet map as Metro Emergency and MINSEF patches to the old systems.
I've got a really dumb question. Once an unknown talkgroup is figured out, is it safe to assume it'll be added to the database? Are there services that you guys know about that are not in the database? How can casual scanner listeners like me help you guys figure out new frequencies/services.
Thanks!
Someone still has to submit it to the db, I think.
NDRADIONUT who started this thread was also our DB Admin. I think he often took care of adding stuff from this thread. Sometime in the last few weeks he seems to have stopped being our DB Admin.
All I have that is not in the database is very vague information about a talkgroup like:
21530,22671,22672,22675 - some public works
20516 - Wabasha & Goodhue (& others?) counties law encrypted
Generally, my technique is to listen, guess and then wait for someone here to correct me.![]()
