Armer Unknown Talkgroup Discussion

93 - Something like state of MN electricians? Seem to always be flipping breakers and generators on and off. When they say names, they seem to come back to Minnesota Department of Administration in the state white pages.

They got their talkgroup a couple years ago but no one has nailed it down until now.

I assumed they meant tg 93 which I guess is something like Minnesota Department of Administration - Electricians.

Thanks for the update John. I had that in my list to figure out, I was thinking it was a State Capital tg but was questioning that when I was getting it affiliated on Hennepin East-2-001.

24145 - radio ids also used on other District 3 talkgroups.

How about more on:
24447 - some bus service
3080 - Yet Another Minneapolis Police encrypted tg
3502 - Unknown encrypted
10460 - seemingly Golden Valley Police Car to Car encrypted

I added those tg's to the db... John do you have a list of radios paired with tg 24145 that you can post ? Is that data accesable to anyone somewhere ?

I only get 24145 when it is on Hennepin West and that is not a tower I get great reception from, but...

10460 is Golden Valley Police Car to Car Encrypted. The old car to car has pretty much gone silent in the last few days as the encrypted tg has fully rolled out to the officers.
3080 is one of MPDs special investigation Talkgroups - these have been fully encrypted since Minneapolis switched to ARMER.

Thanks for the info... Sounded like radio updates were going on yesterday and just a short time ago today.. Not sure what the upgrades are for..,

Talkgroups 3056 and 3068 were being used together for something today. For 4 hours, someone using radio id 114588 kept saying "Testing on 1" on 3056. While someone using radio id 114589 kept saying "Testing on 2" on 3068. The "Testing on 2" transmissions lasted 15 - 30 seconds and you could hear in the background, the person saying "Testing on 1" on the other talkgroup.

Looks like there may have been the same activity on a few more MPLS Talkgroups. I was checking activity just before 2:30 and caught on screen the last round of activity on 8 Minneapolis channels I have not had much activity on:
2912- 114660
2914- 114670
2916- 114668
2918- 114671
2920- 114646
3056- 114588
3068- 114589
3070- 114656
There was traffic following the other Talkgroups time stamps on MPLS Systech 3082 with 113043 encrypted and 113044 in the clear

So they were repeatedly using 9 talkgroups simultaneously. "out at the stadium"

I just looked and found that the MSFA just registered 3 BDAs for US Bank Stadium- I wonder if they were coverage testing.
