Do they think adding another surcharge to hotel rooms is really going to help make staying in AC more attractive? Shedding essential services to private/outsource sure sign of desperation.

AtlantiCare (Medcom) does AC's EMS dispatch under a long term contract. ACFD is dispatched by the city.
