Atlantic County Unidentified frequency

Hearing frequency on business band in atlantic county on 451.175 pl110.9 in the clear. Possibly cab company? Didnt find anything local for that pl on FCC just in passaic and I know I am not receiving that far. If anyone can hear them let me know what you think.

PL codes, like color codes, RAN and NAC, are not regulated by the FCC and can be changed or modified at will (though they seldomly are) and you will not find them in any FCC records. They may or may not be in the RR database. Best to search for the frequency first in your local area.

it could be anywhere up/down the coast, or in another state, did you check the FCC DB for any possible suspects ?
I did see a NJ School Dept.... just thoughts/wags

I think you are completely correct. The SET communications probably sold some radios to a company using their antennas. I will continue to monitor to see if I can dial in what the company is. Thanks for all your help gentlemen!
