I have owned the ATS-20+ for a short time, and it has developed a problem... I would be most grateful if anyone has some pointers please?
Upon switch-on, the display shows the boot screen, but goes no further as if there's no battery power.
If I plug in the USB C lead, the radio does the same, but reboots over and over.
Interestingly, if I plug in the Mini-Usb, the radio will switch on and work (whilst plugged in)! The charge indicator still shows 0% though.
In fault condition, I was getting 4.1v at the battery terminals, and 4.2v if the USB-C was connected. With the Mini-Usb connected, I'm getting 3.98v at the battery terminals.
