Auburn PD silent?

I'm not hearing any traffic on their EDACS system, nor the old (155.145) VHF system. Is this just me, or did something change?

I'm not getting anything either. I'm using a BC785D, and was wondering if re-banding made this scanner useless for monitoring EDACS. Any suggestions?

EDACS Rebanding on the BC785 only involves reprogramming the radio with the correct frequencies.

Can anyone in the area do some research?
