Hello, I've been told by a listener that the archive for one of my feeds results in an access denied message, from January 20th onwards. Indeed upon checking, the page shows this error when clicking on the hourly archives from Jan 20 going forward.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error>
<Code>AccessDenied</Code>
<Message>Access denied.</Message>
</Error>

This is the feed in question, thanks.

I can't remember, but I think that either you must be a Premium Subscriber in order to access archives -- Feed providers and Premium Subscribers have access. General users I do not think have access to the Archives. And if I'm right about that, it's been that way for as long as I can remember and isn't anything new.

In addition to that you must be logged in to Broadcastify.com, I just tried it (logged out and logged in) and it worked fine for me for all dates I tried between the 19th and 21st once I logged in.

There appears to be something odd going on with that particular feed. I can access today's archives from another feed. But when I go to the Toronto feed archives, archives from yesterday and today will not play. An archive from the 19th will. It's odd that it lists the recent 30-minute archive recordings as being available yet they won't play.

I'm logged in, and I'm the feed provider, I can access prior dates, as well as archives from 20/21st on my other feed.

The listener is a premium subscriber, he is able to listen archives prior to the 20/21st.

I'm seeing the problem as well.... I am a Premium Subscriber and logged in here and at Broadcastify.

The archives on the 20/21st won't play, and trying to download those archives results in the XML error page.

I'm curious if this might be the system that removes the silence or dead air. This is one of the feeds that has it enabled.

Does anyone know of other feeds with this enabled? Might be interesting to check if the archives from 20/21st play on that.

As the feed provider, you could put in a Help request through the owner management page. That should get you some help from a Broadcastify admin.

I am seeing this on multiple feeds now. I like to listen back to SKYWARN nets in different cities, and a good 25% of the feeds I try to listen to have at least some files that are access denied. Does anyone have an update on this? Thanks all :)
