Good Evening All!

I have been looking on the forums and am unable to find any answer that may help me. I am having trouble with audio clarity on a feed. I think the problem is due to the "Sample Rate". I am not able to match the sample rate on the feed with the sample rate by my sound card audio settings. I have checked for updated drivers for the sound card and I have the latest. Any help would be appreciated. I have attched a screen shot of the available sample rates.

Thanks in advance, I am confident it is something simple I am overlooking.

That image looks like your computer sound play back settings.

They have nothing to do with your feed broadcast.

That is controlled by your feed broadcasting software.

Your stereo feed for: St. Mary's County Fire and EMS Dispatch and Operations
Is at the correct RR Live Audio standard settings for a stereo feed:
Sample Rate: 22050 hz (22.050Khz)
Bit Rate: 32kbs CBR for a stereo (two) radio feed.
Channels: 2 = Stereo
Will listen to the feed & get back to you.

Your other feed is offline.

Thanks Rich, The problem I am having is with the feed that is offline. I am going to put it online in a few minutes, If you get a chance listen to the audio and let me know your thoughts. I am operating the feed "St. Mary's County Fire and EMS Dispatch and Operations" from another location and another PC.

I appreciate your feedback.

Last nigh when I saw your post, I thought that may have been the problem.

Looking at the screenshot. I see your audio level settings. I always advise that the scanner channel(left or right) set at 100% and the unused channel at 0%. Windows Mixer input control should also be set at 100%. That way the only variable is the scanner volume control and that should be slightly below the point of saturation.
