Auglaize County

Anyone monitoring Auglaize county since some of the departments have switched to the Ohio MARCS system. Sometimes it sounds like some systems are encrypted and other times not. Just wondering if it is my equipment or something else. I never have the issue monitoring OSP.
Equipment: Whistler W1040 and Uniden BCD536HP.

I just purchased a Whistler WS 1040 and still learning. 1. When listening to Auglaize County Ohio Marcs I get garbled transmission on talkgroups 54786 and 54784. Mostly mobile transmission. I have even hooked the scanner up to my outside antenna with no luck. I have no problem with OSP...
