I know that this might be a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone has any listing for the Augusta, Ga area otherwise known as the Central Savannah River Area CSRA home of the Masters.

Love your Secret Squirrel brings back many childhoods memories.
I had Georgia on my mind this am recalling the heat and humidity my wife and I struggled to survive in during the Olympics in 1996. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of the games, but that kind of heat and humidity is not in my genetics! We watched a bit of the volleyball competition in Augusta. I also spent a month at Clemson University in September of 1984. Unreal! We hit 86 or so at 8,000 feet here in the Sierra Nevada today and I'm thinking perhaps 25% humidity at the most. Our home WX monitor is out of service right now. The all time high record here is 91. We may beat that yet, but both my wife and I get pretty hot when 82 is exceeded.
I lived in Georgia all my life except for the time I spent in the Army. Yes, the humidity can get unbearable at times. I remember growing up north of Atlanta, at night you would open the windows and pray that a cool breeze would blow in.
The MASTERS (Golf) is regularly held in April and many of the large events do attract some Federal attention/Support, altho not to the level of an NSSE
