Anyone using Windows 11 to monitor NYPD using the OpenMhz website? As of yesterday the autoplay feature stopped working. Went through all the Windows, Chrome, And hardware settings and it's still not functioning

Anyone having this problem?

I've got the same autoplay issue--I'm on Firefox, Windows 10, and it seems to work fine so long as you have the tab selected. If you click off (whether that's another tab, or another program) it stops.

I'm seeing the same problems with broadcastify feeds with N Y P D precincts . There seems to be an issue with overwhelming static on NYPD Precinct channels That is stopping the autoplay feature on open MHZ NYPD precinct channels, but also Interfering with the broadcastify Feeds . i wonder if There is Co Channel interference from digital encrypted NYPD transmitters that are overwhelming some of the analog receivers that are feeding these.... I can only get the citywide channels and transit, etc....

Sounds like reception issues on the feed providers end. IMD rejection on scanners sucks.

It wouldn’t be co-channel causing interference. co-channel means same frequency, It would be IMD

There was no IMD before, therefore there shouldn’t be any IMD now. Same frequencies and power just different modulation. Yes it can happen and has happened in other systems.

To me it sounds like a crappy receiver is getting overloaded in its front end creating what you are hearing.

If it was intermod causing this they would have switched the division to an available channel.

Yes agreed. This issue is not an NYPD radio communications issue this is an issue with the scanners the feed providers are using.
