Avatar Guidlines?

Hi All,

Ive been trying lately to get a avatar up, but with no success. The main reason is I have most of my images on Photobucket, and they allow resizing. The smallest size is Avatar, and thats at 100 x 75 (13 kb). The RR forum only allows for 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB. I have tried multiple pictures and still no success. Im not sure about on vBulletin, but I know on other forums you can set the size of avatars. Would it be possible to extend the size to 100x75 Lindsay? If not, is there any other resizing sites? I know your real busy with the 3.0 Release, but thought I might throw this in maybe to include with the release to allow others to have avatars?

Try Irfanview or 5 clicks they are both fairly easy............Hoser147

And you're unable to use a photoshop type application to produce a true 80x80 avatar why?

That's the correct solution. You're allowed to upload and store your avatar on RR itself, as long as it fits the 80x80 and 19.5k rules, directly from your own computer

As others have said, just edit the size. Very easy, here is another one to try:
