Avondale PD P25 Phase II

Today, (Friday afternoon), I've noticed that Avondale PD is using P25 Phase II.

The database is still showing Phase I.

I don't know if they are full time Phase II, or if, like Peoria PD, only one particular squad is using Phase II radios. We'll have to pay more attention and see if they stay Phase II after shift change tonight and into tomorrow and through the weekend. If so, than a submission can be made to update the DB.

Peoria PD has been using Phase II on a part-time basis for quite awhile now. It seems to be limited to one particular squad, so every few days they go Phase II for one shift.

It does appear that Avondale PD is P25 Phase II full time now.

I've submitted an update to the RRDB to reflect Avondale PD's switch to P25 Phase II.

I got an email that the update was accepted. It should be visible in the RRDB. I believe that Sentinel updates every Monday?

The question was asked if Avondale Public Works is also Phase II now, but I don't monitor them to know if they are or not.
