Have noticed the AZ DOT Police around a little more than usual, must have something to do with the fact that their new chief was the head of AZ DPS. Anyone know the frequencies AZ DOT Police are operating on?

ADOT Enforcement is on the YRCS trunked system, TG 1109. I listen to them all the time. I've only seen them in the NW Valley once, however, at 83rd Ave & Thunderbird Rd in Peoria seven or so months back.
There's another thread or 2 in the forums here about them.

I forgot, the YRCS only covers Yuma, La Paz, Maricopa, Pinal, Pima, (Santa Cruz?) and Cochise counties.
In the rest of the state, try the ADOT/MVD VHF frequencies:
154.905 MVD
156.120 MVD
156.105 ADOT Flagstaff/Tucson
156.135 ADOT Globe/Holbrook/Yuma
156.225 ADOT Kingman/Prescott/Safford
Since I haven't been outside of the Phoenix Metro area to listen, I don't know for sure if ADOT Enforcement uses any of these channels.

I've recently caught 156.135 and 156.225 active. However, I believe that they were ADOT highway crews, not ADOT Enforcement officers.
