Been getting stuff all over the state the last 1-2 days. And picked up a Georgia P25 System last night on 800 MHz.

Same here. In fact, the reception VHF/UHF wise has been unusually good for about a week now.

Where I live at in Bay County there was nights I pick up far as Mississippi. Times I'll get AL or GA depending on open bands do.I'm not sure where you are, so I'm not sure whether to be impresssed
I am copying the Pensacola DoD 14C system from near Cocoa Beach this morning. Bands are WIDE OPEN.
LOL, how about Copying St Tammany Parish Louisiana this morning on 700Mhz??? Only about 600 or so miles away?
@batdude those 2 sites you picked up today I did too in Panama City but I didn't do nothing with computer just scan search and I was able to pick these below. I'm waiting for a day or so see what bad weather we will get in my area. Usually bands like this we crazy nasty weather a day or so later.

Hearing NOAA Weather Radio WXJ23 out of Beaufort, SC this morning from my home in Thonotosassa, FL.
Back in the 90's I was in NE FL area and 1 day I was hearing LAPD cause it had the same freq/ctcss tone.
If that was California Highway Patrol on low band, that comes as no surprise at all.
154.770 156.7 was the ch for NE FL and LAPD
So far I'm picking up 2 open bands from different states.

NICE! You must have a great antenna setup.
Crap, y'all need to send some of this up to NC! There's some TRBOMAX and FleetTalk Carolinas sites in SC that I've been trying to get confirmed LCNs on for a while now!

For 2 nights in a row around 2am Central Time. I was picking up parts of MS to GA areas.
I got home around 2 this morning and decide too see if any open bands were open up. What I was only getting a few hits from AL to MS. I did get 2 new sites for 2 systems. 1 of them took a few years to get info for that one system.
