Thanks for the heads up... Looks like we've got a decent sproradic E opening on ten meters and six on meters.
Most of they guys on 6 were using FT8. I'm not a big fan of that mode.. Doesn't feel like you're actually having a QSO.
I didn't want to pass up an opening, so I grabbed one contact for the log.. Manitoba (VE4CY) to Florida (N9HF) -- 1684 miles on 50.313 Mhz.. The image below is from DXmaps.com. QSO/SWL real time maps and lists
