Baofeng UV-82L received part 90 certification today.

More strange stuff.
In the user manual posted on the FCC web site the emission designators and max deviation specified don't add up.
Emission class: 5K41F3E for 12.5 kHz Channel spacing
2K30F3E for 6.25 kHz channel spacing
Maximum deviation: ≤±5 kHz/≤±2.5 kHz (W/N).
The certification and manual both say the power levels are 5 W on UHF and only 0.1 W on VHF.
