Hi, I'm from Barry County MI and trying to listen to the Barry County Sheriff, Fire, EMS channel. This channel only seems to be picking up the sherrif but no fire or EMS. I know it's uo to the channel host to fix any issues. I'm not sure how to reach out to them and Broadcastify's help line was no help at all. Just thought I'd bring it up here and see if it gets through.
First, it helps if you post a link to the feed so we can better look at the issue. Secondly, all feeds are provided by volunteers who use their own equipment and are free to discontinue feeds for any reason. There is no requirement that they ensure you are able to hear all agencies offered.
That said, on the feed there should be a REPORT A PROBLEM button you can use to report the issue and it will be forwarded to the feed provider, some feeds even have a button to contact the provider.
It also seems, looking at the RR database, that fire/EMS has switched to a trunked radio system, while the feed was offering it on the previous conventional frequencies, this may be the problem, and reason it is no longer being broadcast.
