My setup consist of a StarTech 12U Desktop Rack, A Uniden SDS200, Uniden BCT536HP, Realistic PRO-2022, and A Senhaix N60 Network Radio. I have a Uniden BCT15X coming that will be mounted also. The scanner rack panels with speakers are from Alberta Radio Supply. All the Uniden scanners are connected to a secondary computer to keep my main computer free.

Network "radios" are argued about all the time as not being "real radio" as they need the internet or a private network to communicate. They have their place though. If you've got a business with a solid wifi network in place or you need to link 2 locations together they work well. Personally I like the actual radio style setup like the op has instead of just using the phone app. Having a dedicated device with a loud speaker is nice.

Nice job, I like the mixture of old and new along with the rack job. ARS has some neat stuff. I like that cable pass-thru panel, I hadn't thought of that before!

I’ve found them on various resellers as a “1U Brush Grommet” Not that I’ve been uh, looking for one.

What are you using for a monitor mount for the upper monitors?
The 43" bottom monitor is using it's factory mount (it was to heavy for the mount I had), the upper monitors are on (2) separate Wali 31.5" pole mounts. The middle upper is a fixed mount and the right upper is on a movable arm mount. The security camera monitor and clock on the left are mounted on a 48" Wali pole mount.

@blueknight05 great set up, I have the same rack with few scanners. would you please provide more photos of the inside and the face panels source?
Faceplates are from Alberta Radio Supply off of Ebay. Tons of us on here have used them. Colin is a great guy with speedy service.
