Rechargeable AA Batteries

Need some good rechargeable batteries for a couple scanners. Can i get some recommendations? Have a HP2 and Whistler 1040. Thanks in advance.

Best AA rechargeable batteries for PSR-500

These Duracell AA rechargeable batteries are useless They didnt last many cycles at all before causing the scanner to instantly die the moment its unplugged. any suggestions on rechargeable ‘AA’ batteries that work well with this scanner

I have found that Duracell and Energizers are not great, eneloop seem to work well.

I have a new scanner coming and was looking at batteries. I know their is countless threads about them, but was shocked when I saw many reviews about enerloops blowing up. What is the battery of choice now for a rechargeable double A?

I have good luck with Amazon and Rayovac brands, I tried Duracell and Energizer and they were junk after a few cycles.

Samsung Eneloops and the Maha Powerex MH-C9000 charger will last you many, many years. I've been using my C9000 for around 15 years now and it has been very gentle on the batteries, enabling you to get maximum life out of them.
