BC178XLT Help

I have a BC178XLT but no manual. If someone could send or link me to a manual that would be great. Other than that, can anyone walk me through setting it up? Somehow, the other day I figured it out to put in 2 freq's, but now I need to redo it all. I have a list of the freq's I want entered, just no idea how to do it.
