RYCOM 2174A Pre-Amp Needed

Picked up one the other day, even came with a copy of the manual. Bonus ... it even works.
Now I thought this might make a nice LF/MF Receiver but it needs a Pre-Amp on the front.

Any ideas on what to use to cover 15-500 KHz ? Should have 30+ dB of gain., and hopefully
not cost as much as I paid for the Receiver !!

I have one of the 30KHz to 30MHz versions of this I use with passive loops and ferrite rod antennas. Its very good for the price.
