While looking for software to remotely control my BC246T I came across this program from 2005. Surprisingly the links still work and the program works just fine on my Win 11 machine.

You didn't miss it, but it appears that someone else didn't read your post before linking to that wiki page (where AVC246 is most certainly not listed).
